Daniela Saderi is the co-founder and director of PREreview, an open project that brings more fairness and transparency to the evaluation of research content, helping excluded researchers find better ways to find, train, and peer-review. In addition, she has a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Oregon Health and Science University, during which she studied the mechanisms of auditory processing in mammals, and was a 2018/2019 Mozilla Open Science Fellow.
Watch it again on
Engage the research community in conversations about the current state of preprint publication and evaluation.
To show the results of a collaboration between PREreview, SciELO and eScire that led to the development of a plugin that will allow authors of preprints to send to OPS-based preprint servers to request and display comments from members of the PREreview community.
Event Objectives
During the webinar, you will learn how SciELO and PREreview can help you make your work more visible, solicit constructive feedback from your peers before you enter the traditional journal publishing process and participate in a moderated session, where you will be invited to share your experience, perspective, ask questions and express concerns.
Relevance
Researchers, open source technologists, and open science advocates.
